8 plus years of coaching. This is my first year coaching competitive.
PLAYER EXPERIENCE: I played three seasons
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN COACHING AT CRUSADERS? I have been coaching at Crusaders for over 8 years, but this is my first year coaching on the competitive side.
MOST MEMORABLE COACHING HIGHLIGHTS (Tournaments, League, CIF)? The greatest blessing from coaching is seeing the development of players, not just in the game of soccer but as individuals. I believe that players control two things: Attitude and Effort, this can be applied to all areas of life. Seeing players grow in confidence and as individuals are my “highlights”
BRIEF DESCRIPTION ABOUT YOURSELF: I am a father of two daughters that play at Crusaders SC. I played sports my entire life and some of my fondest memories and life lessons came from team sports. I was blessed with having some great coaches that helped shape who I am today and I find this as a blessing and opportunity to pay it forward. As a coach, I believe that success starts with the proper mindset and mentality. I also believe that winning on the field and in life is a by-product of OUTSTANDING effort and COMMITMENT to improving every day. At the end of the day, I want to have a positive impact on my players.
