Crusaders competes in the highly regarded SOCAL League, offering three tiers of play — Premier, Elite and Academy — that challenge athletes at every stage of their development.
This competitive framework builds a clear progression toward top-tier platforms, including the USYS National League and MLS Next, where the region’s most driven players compete. Teams primarily play in San Diego, with select tournaments across Southern California and beyond to maximize college exposure and test players against elite competition.
Training Opportunities
Year-round, athletes are immersed in high-performance training environments, weekend games or tournaments and specialized clinics designed to refine technical precision, tactical intelligence and competitive edge.
Each tier of play practices at least twice a week with increased practices in summers for Academy players. Players can also learn and grow outside of practice through a variety of clinics, special training opportunities and camps.
All players have the opportunity to advance to the National League, and club male players will have access to the MLS Next Pathway for advanced development opportunities.
