Join us for the Crusaders Soccer Club’s Fundraising Golf Tournament at the 9-Hole National City Golf Course, scheduled for Wednesday, October 25, 2023. The proceeds generated from this tournament will play a pivotal role in covering the travel expenses for 30 outstanding Crusaders soccer players and coaches who constitute our two Boys 2007 competitive teams. They will be participating in the prestigious Las Vegas Players Showcase tournament scheduled for March 8, 9, and 10, 2024, which stands as one of the nation’s largest college showcases. Please note that all contributions are tax deductible, and our Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) is 95-3531918.

You have the opportunity to make a difference by becoming a sponsor or contributing to our event. Detailed information regarding the various sponsorship opportunities and ways to support our fundraising initiative can be found in the attached materials.

Your generous support will go towards covering the costs of airfare, accommodation, and other travel-related expenses for approximately 30 players and 5 coaches/chaperones during this 3-day tournament.

– Should a banner or sign be provided, it will be displayed at the beverage area
– Logo will be displayed on Crusaders Soccer website until the second week of November
– Opportunity to display a provided banner or sign at the registration table


– Prominent Signage: Place a large, customized sign with the sponsor’s logo and message at the sponsored hole, ensuring high visibility for participants
– Exclusive Branding: Allow sponsors to brand the hole with their banners, flags, or themed decorations, creating a unique atmosphere
– Meet-and-Greet Opportunity: Arrange for sponsors to have representatives at the sponsored hole to interact with players and offer giveaways or product samples
– Logo will be displayed on Crusaders Soccer website until the second week of November
– Sponsors have the chance to include promotional materials in swag bags, with a maximum of two items per sponsor (subject to item confirmation)

Individual Participant Purchase (72) – $80

– A round of golf on a 9-hole course, golf cart included
– Swag bag provided during registration
– A lunch package is included and consists of one lunch item, a bag of chips, and one beverage
